Hi there all, happy to be part of the community and looking forward to hanging around. I really enjoy everything about grilling, barbecue, and cooking in general. I own a Smokey Joe, 18.5" and 26.75" Weber ketlles, and a Weber Q3200. Looking to add the big WSM and eventually a Summit S670 to the mix over the years, among a bunch of other setups sprinkled in between.
