Hi all, joining from Ohio. Finding this forum helped me decide between the WSM and a PBC cooker. Seeing the versatility of the WSM Sealed the deal. I am now the proud owner of a brand new 18” model.

Had a stick burner years ago and currently have a pit boss vertical pellet smoker. Looking forward to seeing how some of my current and past recipes and techniques work on the WSM. Not to mention learning all the new stuff y’all post on this site - can’t wait to get started!
