I’ve been lurking here for a few weeks now and could only get so far in and decided to it was time to enjoy more cooking conversation. I hope I’m not shunned outta here with my limited Weber ownership but I love grilling and all things outdoor cooking and this seems to be the place. I cook multiple times a week. I, as of today, own a WSM 22.5 that I do truly enjoy using, PK360, PKGO, Backwoods G2, couple SmokinTex of different size. Couple pipeliner made pits along with a Cajun brand pressure smoker. I have a grill trailer I welded up with an old propane tank facing rear for the pit with a two burner SS flat top griddle and slide out Cajun two basket fryer(do lots of fish). It also has another slide out burner that a big cooking disc sits on, love cooking on one of those too. A Yoder 640 that is awesome and cooks a beef filet on grill grates that the other rigs I have are envious of. I’ll stop there and my wife said I’d stop there as well or else...but if I find that Duchess again that just got away on that bidding site......well....
