Hello All,
I just bought a new Weber One Touch and the rotisserie attachment. I had been a loyal Weber fan for years until the hurricane (yes that one) took my grill to who knows where. The past few years I have been focusing on smoking in an offset smoker. I have been grilling on the firebox grill of the offset which is not nearly large enough for my family of eight. The offset is great for smoking and it is heavy enough that it will probably not blow away but I missed my kettle for grilling. My wife bought me the Weber for our anniversary and I am "back in the saddle" so to speak. It all came back with the first cook - I had forgotten how much I enjoyed cooking on a real grill. I have had it for a week and cooked five meals in that time - inlcuding three on the rotisserie. I am glad I found this forum and hope to be a regular contributor.
Regards,
John
