I just bought my first Weber last week. Got the Spirit E-310 with the Gourmet BBQ system. Coming from a small "Thermos" brand gas grill from Target. We grill a lot in the Spring and Summer months, but I've never done more than just the normal burgers, brats, chicken breasts, and pork chops. So, I still consider myself a newbie when it comes to grilling, and will probably have a lot of questions. Can't wait to see what this new machine can do. Looking forward to being able to play around with multiple burners and some indirect heat.
