I stumbled upon this site & found the infomation & confersations very informative!
I have been smoking & grilling since my father taught me as a boy.
I am 80 years young & still learning about & loving smoking & grilling.
I own a Weber Genesis Gold that I bought new in 2005 that still looks new that is used 2-3 times a week.
I also own a WSM that I bought new 30 yers ago that we use often that still cooks a mean brisket.
Glad to be a member & looking forward to learning more tricks of the trade of smoking & grilling.
