Thanks Brad. So just completed my first basic cook on my WSM 14.5. Was a butterfly chicken and it came out awesome. Maybe underdone to my wife's liking (got it out at 161 internal so could let it go a fraction longer next time) and had according to the iGrill2 a consistent 254 +- 5 for about 3/4s of the cook. Just had a bit of trouble dialling it in but from then on it was awesome.
