Hi Folks, I'm new to the BBQ and smoking adventure. Have grilled out for many years but only within the last two years have I really tried the low and slow method of cooking pork, ribs and chicken. Decided to purchase a WSM and have never looked back. Have used it for over a year and my family and church really enjoy the food that comes off it. I've had the opportunity to cook for up to 100+ successfully. I really enjoy learning more about how to cook well on the WSM.
