Hello all!
I've wanted a WSM for a while now, but never had the time to do a lot of smoking. Well, I now have the time so I'm going for it. My first WSM will arrive tomorrow, and I'm planning on breaking it in this weekend. In two months, I'll be using my WSM for my first BBQ competition, something that I've wanted to do for a long time also.
I'll keep in touch and let everyone know how the first cook goes, I'm sure I'm gonna have a lot of questions before my first competition cook, so be ready.
