Hello to everyone. Live in Raleigh, NC. ~1 year ago some of us bought our neighbor a WSM 22 for his wedding gift, and I think I've borrowed it more than he's used it. Had some success with pork butts and baby backs. Will be trying brisket in a couple weeks. Have already depended on these forums in the past, and appreciate all of the knowledge people bring.
