Hello all. I've been lurking in the background for a month or so and figured it was time to introduce myself. I've been grilling on a weber since 1994. Until about a a month ago it was all gas. I purchased a used Silver One Touch and have been bitten by the charcoal bug. Now I'm looking to get a Performer. I usually grill about 3 times a week so will post some meals soon.
