New to most things BBQ, except for a ton of eating it and reading here (plus maybe the BGE forums)

Full time Military Officer but more importantly full time Dad to two great little girls. A great friend of mine invited me to check this forum out and get a start on learning to cook the kind of food a would be suitor (one day) will have to try and live up To!
