Hello everyone! My name is TJ and I'm relatively new to smoking. I bought a 18" Weber smoky mountain about 4 months ago and I try to get something done every weekend. I've done about 6 full packers, numerous pork butts, a bunch of baby backs and St. Louis ribs, and a couple of chickens. I'm getting addicted to this smoking meat stuff...lol. Anyway, I'm glad to be here and I'm interested in learning from you guys and gals.
 
Welcome to the forum TJ. Everyone here is very friendly and they love to help others. Sounds like you have a pretty good handle on that WSM. Don't forget, we love pics here. Congrats on that WSM.
 
Hi TJ. Welcome the the forum! Sounds like you already have quite a few successful cooks. Be sure to post some photos of your next BBQ adventure.
 
Thanks for the welcome guys! I smoked a full packer yesterday and it was delicious. It looked great and I wanted to post pics but the site won't let me. Maybe because I'm new?
 
Welcome TJ, it sounds like you have been doing outstanding on your cooks. Looking forward to seeing some and sharing the recipes. Just have fun TJ and again welcome.
