I have an 18" WSM, a Weber Spirit II E-210 gas grill, and Weber Original 22" Kettle. The WSM and Kettle are fairly new. I love cooking on my Weber's! Back in my oilfield days, I built a smoker/grill from 16" casing... About 5' long and heavy as all get out!

I need help with smoking meat so I Iook forward to learning from some of the pitmasters on this forum. I may have more questions than contributions initially.

Hello back at you from south Texas. Cookin' on a Weber is always a good time. Tons and tons of great info and techniques here. Welcome aboard.
