Hey there my fellow smoking enthusiasts my names Anthony and located in Omaha. Just found out about this site and am looking forward to meating others and talking all things smoking and Bbq cheers! Been smoking for around 7yrs now 🍻

Here's my current setup,just got the 26" Kettle and WSM 22 last week!

Thanks John! Haha funny you mention that I do root for the Chiefs, although basketball is my favorite sport Ima Spurs fan. This weekend I got a big cook going on, two bone in pork butts, two racks of ribs and I'm trying the poor mans burnt ends with a chuck roast or two. Gonna break in the WSM or the 26 Kettle and 22 running support..not sure which 🤔. I'll definitely take some pics! Oh and for those who have done the chuck roast burnt ends,did you find it better to cube it up first and smoke it or smoke it whole and cube it up after?

Welcome Anthony from Kansas City! Glad to see another Chiefs fan here. I have smoked the chuck roast first then cubed it up to finish the burned end cook.
