New to this forum, but not to smoking meat. Started in the 70's with a 55 gal drum, some all thread rod and a couple of hinges. Did a lot of mullet down in SW Fla. and some turkeys.
I made a few smokers over the years, but several years back, I finally got my 18" wsm. Love the way it works!
I've been reading a lot of posts and hope to learn even more from you more experienced guys.
 
Welcome lots of good info here starting with the fourm tChris has topics . Chris has put togerher a whole bunch of how toos on the built smokers .
