I've been smoking on my 18.5" WSM for about 8 years. I'm pretty comfortable with ribs & chicken and am starting to try to do more with briskets and butts. I just replaced the door/latch and bought a Maverick ET-732 and grommets. I also bought a hinge and gaskets and will be installing everything this weekend. If anybody has suggestions about installing the grommets (3/8" from cajunbandit.com) & hinge I'd love to hear it.
