Hello all,

I found this great community trying to learn how to smoke using my kettle and so far learned way more than expected. I have always enjoyed grilling and started smoking a few years back when my wife got a ECB for xmas. My few smokes were ok but not what I expected. It was so much work tryin to maintan temperature with it I gave up on smoking.

I picked up a 22.5 Webber kettle with a webber grilling book and jumped in on smoking a turkey during Thanksgiving and have not look back since then. I don't smoke as much as I would like,but plan on changing that.

Still learning here and I will have a lot of question.
 
Welcome Fabian, I'm going to smoke a Turkey for Thanksgiving this year. Maybe have to practice on one before hand though. Great to have you on the forum.
