Just wanted to say hello from sunny London!

I found this website as I just purchased my first second hand Genesis E330 that is in need to a fair bit of TLC, and it's my first foray into a "Gasser", and there's a bit of a learning curve! I started with a Weber 57 kettle which I love and a Go Anywhere for camping which is a little beast, and honestly gets used at home a fair bit too for small cooks, and I've built a UDS rather than a WSM as I was being cheap! Looking forward to getting to a first cook on the E330 once it's been cleaned up!

In general the British are great a cremating sausages and burgers and the odd drumstick, but whilst I like these too (not cremating them) I love ribs, and brisket, also partial to bit of fish and veg too, cooking corn in the husk is underrated imo.
