Hello All,

Received 18" WSM as a birthday gift (big thanks to the wife) about a month ago and I must say this website has been a great resource so far.

I have been fairly cautious with it as my first cook was beer can chicken (I wasn't thrilled as I cooked too low and I love skin on the chicken) and a few times cooking both dry spare ribs and back ribs (which I have been happy with the results). I can't wait to do pulled pork (a personal favourite of mine)

Anyway here to say hello and thank you for all the help so far, with hopefully more to come
 
Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new WSM. Also, you have a good wife. She sounds like a keeper.
 
Welcome Wes! Pulled pork is very forgiving in the WSM's, it is one of the easier cooks. Can't wait to see it, don't forget pictures.
