Hello from Labrador, Canada. Recently purchased a Weber master touch and just built a mini wsm. Just did my first smoke with a pork butt on the kettle, and am yet to break in the mini wsm. Looking forward to using this forum, seems like a lot of helpful people with tips and tricks for a newbie like me. Cheers everyone
