Hey - long time weber Q2200 owner, who got sense (well moved somewhere that was more amenable to open charcoal) and got a go-anywhere...
been using that for everything for the last 3-4years, recently got rid of the gas one, as wasn't being used and bought a master touch to up my low n'slow game, as well as try out rotisserie

Welcome Declan! Lots of great folks here that are willing to offer up good advice and help with any problems you may have.

I love Dublin, especially St. James Gate and the Jameson distillery down the hill :) My wife was raised in Blackrock and moved here inn 1982.

I actually live up in Blackrock on the border with monkstown...

Greetings from a Kinsella clan descendant. While I was growing up, the Kinsellas had a newsletter of all the family goings on, as well as a book and a genealogy going back many generations in Ireland. My father, brother, and I married women that aren't even Irish, so the family has become pretty American at this point.

My grandmother Kinsella changed her name to Florence Kinsella (later Florence Smith) because she and one of her sisters were both given the name Mary Kinsella growing up. The woman was also about seventy before she tried pizza, which is unheard of here in America, even for Irish people.
