Hello - hope everyone had a great weekend!
Relatively new to smoking briskets and pork shoulders; but I am having a great time practicing.
I am using an insulated vertical smoker from LonestarGrillz which I have enjoyed greatly
Recently purchased a HeaterMeter and very excited about putting this together.
