Hi everybody!

I've been a long time fan of the Weber products. I've owned several over many years. I came across this website while researching the 26.75in kettle. Lots of great tips here for sure. I'm fortunate to have a great BBQ shop very close to me, I was able to check out a new 26.75 kettle fully assembled. I couldn't resist any longer so I purchased one a few weeks ago. I've used it already about 5 times, and I'm looking forward to trying out lots of the ideas I've read here. I dig the extra room of this thing! One of these days I'll set up a picture account somewhere, so I can post some pics!

I'll give this a try,

Here is an impromptu grill session last night. I stopped at the local grocery store, and I was walking by the "tailgaiting section" and the wrapped Jalepenos were calling my name. In a moment of weakness I grabbed the pre-made gourmet patties that were next to them. I had a cast iron griddle I just laid on the grill just to try things out... quick and easy, plenty of room. All was good until I bit into my second Jalapeño...it must have been 1/2 Ghost pepper LOL!
