Hey everyone! I'm super stoked to be here!
I've been grilling for most of my life and always love to learn new recipes, tips, and techniques. I've been cooking on a Weber kettle and a Traeger pellet grill for several years now. And although I don't own a WSM yet, I hope to soon. My Traeger just isn't giving me enough of that smokey flavor goodness, regardless of how low the temp is set and how many smoke sticks I use. Also, I'm ready for a less "tech-enabled" cooking experience. The Traeger makes it too easy. I miss having to play with fire and tweak things in order to get the cooking environment just right.
Anyway, I'll stop rambling. I'm really excited about this forum. Nice to meet y'all (virtually)!
