Hey everyone,

I've been a long time lurker but new poster to the board. I decided to take BBQ/smoking a little more serious after trying my friends brisket that he cooked on a smoker. So I went out and got myself a 18.5 Weber smokey mountain after reading and seeing all the outstanding food everyone is cooking on this site!!! Hopefully my learning curve doesn't take too long.

So far on the WSM just a few racks of pork ribs. But they came out awesome. I tried to take pictures to post up but the ribs didn't make it from the cutting board to the serving dish before being snatched up by the family lol
