Just got a WSM 22.5 and a BBQ guru Digi Q DX as a present from my wife and completely novice with it. I have grilled and smoked on Weber Kettles for a couple of years. I bought a smokenator and had really good results but it was time to upgrade. I love Weber stuff because there is so many options you can do with them. I look forward to picking up recipes and tips from you all and learning how this things works.
