Here’s pics of old reliable (10 years, at least) and the new fella. The WSM was a bit of a spur of the moment purchase, so I just laid down some paver tiles for now. Not sure what my long term set up will be.

I cooked 3 racks of ribs last week. Thinking of trying to find a tri-tip next.

The WSM makes great tri tip. You can put the grate right on the charcoal ring, and get a good sear, and then take the meat off for a second, then put the cooker together and finish on the top grate. I've had good success that way.
