Hey guys I’ve been lurking for a while but decided to join the conversation. As the title says I’m in Central Texas, Austin area (Round Rock to be exact) have some experience in stick burner smokers but just pick up a Genesis 1000.

Yes Round Rock is a really family oriented city. Lots of parks and family centered events! Oh and of course the world famous Rock Rock doughnuts
