Hi everyone - many, many years ago I went as Brent_Calgary I believe but my account lapsed due to inactivity.

I have been using WSM's since 2000 amongst other cookers. Currently I have a 22" with two Cajun Bandit stacker rings. I also use a BBQ stoker but want to get up to speed with the Heatermeter and see if that will work for me instead. I'm always up for chatting and discussing, especially with locals on meat sources, heatermeters, etc.

Looking forward to a longer stay here!
