Hello All,
Just found the site few weeks ago and enjoyed everyone's posts, pictures, and advice so far. I have been grilling ever since I can remember but, I just recently been bitten by the "smoking meat" bug. I have decided to purchase a WSM 18.5 and will do so shortly. Wife and I are looking forward to all the up coming dinners from our new WSM!

I know everyone likes pictures, so here is one from my last smoke. They were good, but I can do better.
