Hey everybody,

Just got my WSM 22" a few months ago and I LOVE IT! So far i have done pork spare ribs, beef ribs and boston butts twice. I was finally able to track down packer cut briskets in my city after over a month of trying to track one down and this will be my next test!

I really appreciate all of the WSM specific info here.
