I've been following (learning from) you all for about a year and a half, thank you.

I love watching people enjoy my BBQ. I (think) I have my pork butt and ribs consistently delicious. As a Yankee by birth I grew up watching my relatives smoke salmon, which is still a holiday hit, especially for my wife. My brisket is hit or miss. I can't figure out if it's me, or the particular piece of brisket, or both.
