HeaterMeter v4.3 Substitute Parts

I want to make a HeaterMeter, but there are no kits available right now, so I'm trying to acquire all the components on my own. I wasn't able to find all the parts because they were either out of stock or require buying minimum 200 pieces. So I tried finding substitutes for those parts and I need help to make sure they will work.

I made a BOM on Octopart with all the parts and substitutes written in the description. I believe almost everything will be a direct substitute except for the 16 Mhz resonator, ZTT-16.00MX, which I substituted with a 490-6001-1-ND. The original has a 30 ohms impedance, while the substitute has a 50 ohms impedance. I don't know much about this stuff. Will that be a problem?

The resonator is used with the Arduino, so anything that works with the Atmega328 has same frequency, pinout and physically fits should work. The heater meter does not include any external circuitry, so needs to have built in caps for resonator. This looks like it would work (unconfirmed) https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/murata-electronics/CSTLS16M0X55-A0/3845200

Also original part is available from Adafruit, but shipping would make it expensive.

This is correct because I actually used those in kits for a short while as the others were out of stock for a while. These are the ones I have right now:

If you find a replacement 5V regulator that fits where ours goes, let me know! I looked around but did not find a suitable replacement. That's the only part I do not have currently.

Would this work for the 5V regulator?

I searched by electrical specifications, so I believe they are the same in that regard, but I'm not sure about the physical dimensions and how it fits with the board. This one appears to be slightly smaller than the original in almost every way.

It looks to me like functionally it would work, but it mounts vertically instead of horizontally, which would potentially create a mechanical interference with the rPi. Looks like it might be easy enough to swap the 3pin header with a straight one if you are confident with soldering/removal. Not confident you could bend the pins that much without breaking something.

It does look like it might fit and the pins are in the right order and everything, but the only problem is that it is vertical and not horizontal as GSpinelli said. There is about 12-13mm of clearance from the HeaterMeter base board to the case and that's 15mm so it is likely you could just give the pins a little angle and make it fit
