Having trouble finding full briskets

I can just find flats - about 5 lbs- at the local Sam's or butcher shops. Anyone in mid Michigan know where I can find a whole one?

Do you have a Super Walmart nearby, Randy? That's the only place I can find whole briskets around here without special order.

I'll try that tomorrow. I figured if Sam's didn't have them, than Walmart wouldn't either.

Randy for some reason the Supers always have them. O you can call the local butcher.

You might also look into local meat shops.

Went to Super Walmart today, and they did have full briskets and pork shoulder roasts too. I'm impressed! Thanks for the recommendation. Looks like my weekend is planned now

Read the cryo-pack... sometimes they sell choice for the same price as select.
