Ok i was looking for a used 22" wsm but got sick of it all.(bbg is not huge in sweden,we burn sausage over high heat and thats it)

well im one of the enlightened 2%

So today i ordered a brand new 22" wsm 2010.

Have been cooking on my premium 22" for 2 years now but wanna get the cooking smother(steady temp) i will post a nasty amount of picks when i get it.

Well when i think about it can ony do 2 long cooks a week saturday/sunday maby a friday when i flex from work. But ill do my best to get the neighbour´s come over and complain about the smoke.(live in a compact area of houses) dunno what u call it.
In swedish its "villa område"

Well just waiting for that order to make its way to my post office.

Any thing u wish u did at the start before smoked on a new wsm?
