My name is Mike. I’m from New Jersey. I absolutely love grilling. I have a few genesis rebuilds under my belt so far hopefully many more to come! Have been combing through these forums for quite sometime have learned a lot. Happy to have the opportunity to be part of this community!

Have been doing a decent amount of top sirloin every possible way I can think of on the grill. As for smoking did a 18 pound ham that I made a pulled ham out of. I’m always looking for new and crazy things. I’m fortunate to have a phenomenal butcher shop very close to me.

I've heard nothing but good things about those smokers. Some day I'll have to try one. I may have to get rid of some gas grills first though lol

I have to admit the egg is priceless I don’t see them that expensive anymore compared to these new grills! The Traeger in winter smokes dry I run two water trays generally three if I’m doing a pastrami flat!
