I wish I could say we did more smoking/grilling... but wanted to share my evening. My friend Chef John's house...
The kitchen:
Winter punch... (don't ask, its "complicated"):
Back ribs... rub only:
Crudite, 3 cheeses, wild gulf shrimp, pulled pork mole sliders, fresh mozzarella and fire roasted peppers/olive oil:
Poached salmon spread, olives and pickles:
Not pictured: luganica sausage in a tomato reduction over basil gnocci, some kind of Greek roasted beets, Italian pastries from Rispoli's in Ridgefield, NJ and my fat ***.
