My birthday gift was something I wanted!
A set of the beautiful 304 SS grill baskets! Just installed them and transferred the (original) ones to the 18.5. It is pretty snug with both in there but, it will be interesting, I may or may not use the double basket set up there. Very useful to have a second grill in any set up.
Now, I need a WSM!

Good thought Bob but,then I'd need to do one for a better storage method!
It was a lovely birthday, the blueberry pistachio ice cream kicked it right up there!
Just killed off the last of the brisket, now for tonight's dinner with the granddaughter, porksteaks and Brussels sprouts! Trying to decide if I want to steam the sprouts or grill them. Out of bacon so, I think steam will be the method needed tonight.
