Pammi and I celebrated our 24th anniversary 2 weekends ago by going camping up in the mountains of NC
And of course, lots of good food was had! We couldn’t cook out all the time because of the rains we had, but I did get a few pics
We had a stir fry one night. I think I like it better on the griddle than I do from my wok!

And we learned how to cook biscuits on the griddle!!
Sear them on one side on medium heat, flip and sear the other side then put them on a rack with a dome over it on low heat. Cook about 10-12 minutes and you’ve got the BEST biscuits!!

We did some charcoal cooking too
Pammi has been wanting to cook sourdough while camping, but doesn’t want to heat the inside up while doing so
We tried doing it on the JJ and had mixed results. I used balls of foil to lift the pan up off of the cooking grate
