For those that have Hannaford grocery stores near them, they have whole bone in pork butts on sale for $.99 per pound until tomorrow, regular $2.99 per pound. GF and I were shopping yesterday and saw the sale price. Picked one up and put it in the freezer for the smoker this summer.

They only had one pork butt and a picnic. I’ve only done one pork butt and that was last summer as I just got my “used” 18.5” WSM last year and it was a success. Not sure what do with the picnic with part of a leg on it so I got the butt. I should have asked the butcher if they had more. Out of town for a few days or I’d go back!
