Hamburgers


 
We use 80/20 to keep the patties together while on the grill. At worst, 85/15. Season with Lowrys Season Salt and Lemon Pepper and grill on a flat top. I used to do our hamburgers on the grill grates, but the char i get from the flat top makes them that much better. Also, i love the fact they cook in their own juices. Just my two cents worth.
