I picked up a picnic ham, is there any benefit of doing this on the WSM instead of the slow cooker being that it's pre smoked? I saw a few recipes on the cooking section so was kind of wondering how it turns out. Thanks!

You can smoke the cooked ham for a while to add some flavor; you just don't want to over do it (too much smoke or dry it out). I've got a friend that routinely cuts 1/2" steaks from a cooked ham and smokes them for a couple of hours and they are fantastic. They make great "boat snacks" when you're out fishing.
