Hi there,

Today i gotta smoke 6 slabs of ribs and i wanted to add a ham in it !

what's the internal cooking temp for a ham ??

Is it a ready to cook ham (140-150 internal temp) or a ready to eat (120-130 internal)? Whole or half shank?
