Half a brisket

I know people (as I have) have halfed pork butts. Anyone ever halfed a brisket?

That's what flats are - or even less.

Yeah, separating point from flat is essentially "halving" it.

Unless you mean cutting ... lengthwise?

yeah just ment seperating the point from the flat. Never did it I always just cook them whole so before I did it I figured I'd ask.
