Ground Chicken

Has anyone ground up their own chicken and rilled it on a grill like hamburger? How did you do it and what if anything did you add to the ground? Did you grind the skin?

Steven, i have ground up chicken before but to make chicken picadillo only for some very very tasty tacos or gorditas.

I don't ground my own chicken but I do get ground chicken and make chicken burgers out of them. They are quite delish!!
