Ground beef e-coli - Walmart

Not to slam on Walmart or any retailer, but grinding your own meats will save you from this issue.

Part of the problem(s) when buying store ground meat is that you're buying meat from 1,000 animals (example, not fact) and that's a lot of handling and room for cross contamination.

If you buy a whole cut steak or protein, you lessen the risk of e-coli.

The key is that no problems have been reported. Wonder how many other retail chains Cargill has shipped these products to.
