I've seen it but don't have one and never tried it. It does look interesting and I'd like to try it. I did try cutting one like it on my own with a knife. Kind of a time consuming process but was nice to have crispy edges.

I do something similar, but with a box cutter-type knife where you can set the depth. It only takes a minute.
