This was DH dinner last night. He said it was very good and easy to make.

Grilled Steak with Balsamic Vinegar and Black Pepper
1 sirloin steak
1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 TB. olive oil
2 TB. honey
salt and freshly ground pepper
1. Put the steak in a shallow nonaluminum bowl. In a small bowl, stir together the vinegar, olive oil and honey, and 1 TB. pepper. Pour over the steak. Let stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Prepare a fire in a charcoal grill, or preheat a gas grill or broiler (grill). Sprinkle the steak lightly with salt. Place the steak on the grill rack. Grill about 4 minutes each side.
