OK, I didn't do this, but I assisted. Stopped by my parents' place after work to help move some furniture and was rewarded w/ a grilled dinner. Dad had some marinated tuna steaks for the grill, and Mom was gonna do broccoli and polenta (she'd never attempted polenta before). Upon examining the package and receiving a few hints from her son, she figured why not grill them while the old Genesis is fired up. I gotta say, it's good stuff. I'm going to try some grilled polenta in the next few days and will post up. Anybody else try this?
